The Church of God was founded in 31 AD by Jesus Christ 1900 years later God raised up a man to continue its mission for the 20th century.  His Name was Mr. Herbert W Armstrong. Mr. Armstrong started preaching the true gospel of Jesus Christ to this dying world in 1934. In his lifetime God used him to raise up and establish three Colleges. He Visited more world leaders than any religious leader in the word. He was friends with Kings and Prime ministers worldwide. He was the author of many publications educating people in the way that would bring true happiness and peace to their lives.

      God Through Mr, Armstrong kept his promise that the GATES OF HELL WOULD NEVER PREVAIL against his church. We of the Worldwide Church of God today are the results of his effort to interduce peace and tell the people about each individual incredible human being on this earth, and he revealed that plan to Mr. Armstrong through the pages of the Bible.
